About Me

Hey there, beautiful magical creators! For those who don't know me, my given name is Flor Pastor, and I typically describe my origins as Mexican by Law, Nomad by Nature.

For a little bio intro I will say that I am a graduated Internationalist (from UNAM University in Mexico City), and I have worked for many years in different Mexican Consulates, Embassies, and Passport offices, etc... but I am also a soulful artist who has practiced different performing arts on theatres, temples, schools, and streets around the world, focusing mostly on embodying music and dance that comes from straight from the heart, or from the spirit of community. This is more my-Self, what comes straight from my spirit and not my "credentials".

I started my own Art-Movement-Therapy project called Dance for the Spirit almost 20 years ago, and it has, ever since, been the solid mainframe for everything I have created as a dancer.

But on a more personal note, I also happen to have struggled all of my life against deep hard-core depression, which has always made me curious and enquiring (exhaustively investigative, really) about the ways and processes of our mind, and our own capacity for deep self-healing, so I've turned that into a thing too, Deep Self Healing (Deep Reconnection) & Deep Soul Awareness, but I won't get into that here...

I will just say for short, that I believe that the ultimate antidote for just-about-anything is ART (or any TRUE SELF-expression), and the ultimate answer to most-of-your-concerns usually comes from reconnecting with YOUR OWN FLOW. These are my core beliefs.

I have created LOTS of projects and courses throughout my life, I started building my own websites and Art-Movement-Therapy programs since 2005 with my first Dance for the Spirit website, and later on I created the concept of Nomadic Online Movement for Arts Against Depression (N.O.M.A.A.D), running since 2015, and finally The Nomad Lynx Academy (NLA) in 2018.

Within the NLA, I am currently offering a couple of Guided Self-therapy and Deep Soul Awareness programs, where I am already pouring my heart and soul, but, after updating and upgrading my own business frame, following a very specialized training on Course Business Consulting, I decided that, after more than 20 years designing courses for my own projects -first as a dancer, and later as a Guided Self-Therapy Mentor... AND also after studying and experimenting with different online business models for the last 10 years, while working behind the scenes, it is my time to take this journey further, and step up as a Soul-Led Course Business Consultant too! To share with you something different than just deep self healing, and also different from all the other generic money-mindset "one-size-fits-all" business formulas out there: I am offering you a practical and effective approach to actually create your "dream course", and by this I mean, a coherent and scalable online business course, that ALSO stimulates and enhances YOUR OWN creative genius and your true essence.

And here's my pitch: I am doing this because I want to help other Conscious Business Owners, to actually design and create their dream ONLINE COURSE, with the right impact, the right business frame and strategy, and without feeling overwhelmed or lost in technicalities.

You can read that last paragraph again, as many times as it takes to sink in, and be sure that this is EXACTLY what I will be delivering in this 3-Day Meta Course. Plus, if you follow my guidance and do your part of the work, my promise is that, by the end of the 3-Day Workshop, you will not only have a clear outline for creating your next dream course, but, as I said before, you will also learn the right Course Business Strategy to launch and succeed with it, plus get a realistic picture of times and costs, together with a general to-do checklist to actually make it happen. The rest is up to you.

What? How? I don't get it...

FAQ's and ANSWERS

So, what its this about? Are you talking about channeling? Vibing? Manifesting? Metatron? Light Activation? Angels?

None of the above as such. I mean, all of that is ok too, but I'm going to get deep and practical, not just sell you an idea.... I imagine that "channeling" could be one way of putting it, since what I intend is to help you flow with YOUR OWN creative genius, and in that sense "channel" your "big idea" (or big ideas in plural), and land it within the adequate business framework and strategy, in order to launch your course or program successfully. Although that would definitely NOT be my first choice of words, since we will NOT be channeling anything external to you, as that word might suggest. The idea is that your creative genius already exists within you. I firmly believe that you DO NOT need anyone to teach you to be the best and most updated version of your-Self, that is simply a personal decision... And, in the same way, the gross matter of what you want to deliver when creating a new online course, it is already part of YOUR own essence (or the very essence of your company -business, project, art, mission, etc ...). But that's not the content of my course, my goal during this workshop is to guide you through the basic tools and concepts, along with the latest updates from the Online Course Industry, to help you align your big ideas and your greatest goals, and help you create an effective course that is also suited to the needs of your audience and business.

Is this course about exploring or "empowering" our dreams? Or pursuing dreams we sort of left behind?

I'm talking about the "course of your dreams" to try an invoke an idea of prosperity, of something sublime, something that happens just as in our best wishes... but it is certainly also quite literal.

Working with our dreams is a way to reconnect with our own processes, and with the most intuitive side one-Self, but remembering your dreams frequently, or having a particular dream to pursue, is obviously NOT a requirement.

The invitation is to create or update our projects, in resonance with our dreams, with the deepest longings of our own spirit (or the "spirit" or essence of your company, so to say), and NOT just to pursue the mainstream shiny objects, and the false expectation of generating the most money with the least possible effort, something that the industry likes to promise and promote a lot, but that is often nothing short of a publicity stunt (and I will debunk it). The idea is to work with business goals that are TRULY aligned with your heart, and with your-own vision, beyond social expectations. Then your work simply becomes part of your mission, and not at all a struggle or an obstacle to your freedom.

"Empowering" is also not on my first choice of words, I lean more towards flowing, and helping your-Self feel free to create from your own spirit magic.

So the idea of this course is literally to help me create MY own online course?

Yes!!! That's where it's at! The idea is to literally create an Online Course Creation Laboratory, where I my-Self will be, together with you, outlining the design and general business framework of a NEW course for my academy, using the tools and illustrating the concepts that I will be sharing with you!
In addition, you will have direct access to the exact templates that I will be using (designed by myself) during the conscious creation and strategic planning exercises that I will be guiding, so you can complete them quickly and easily...
Wow! All as amazing as that sounds? Um, YAS!!! And you can be sure that this workshop is UNIQUE in its kind. NOBODY is doing anything remotely similar, or delivering SO MUCH valuable content as what I'm sharing here, just for the love of art... I am positively SURE of that. So, if you're looking to create or upgrade your own online course, whether you don't even know where to start, or if you're in the middle of an update process in your business, you just came to the right place!.

And, do you HAVE to attend LIVE to all the trainings and sessions?

Well, it is NOT really necessary to attend classes live, there will be replays available, BUT the idea is obviously that you try, so you don't miss the perks. We will have 3 training sessions, one per day, which will be presented at 10:00 am PST, and additional "question and answer" sessions in the afternoons (at 5:00 PST).
OBVIOUSLY it is best to attend live, so you can actually work on the conceptual framework and design of YOUR own course WHILE I'm there guiding and explaining everything step by step, and you get to pick my brain while it's available. And also to interact directly with the contents and flow of the workshop itself, since your interactions and questions always provide new perspectives and ultra-valuable insights. In addition, attending live gives you the opportunity to have your online course idea featured as an example to illustrate how to apply the different concepts and tools we'll be studying, to you-very-own-business or project.
That's why this is intended to be a course creation lab, and not just a series of lessons. That said, ALL sessions will be available to replay at your own pace and convenience for 5 days!
