Hi again my dear beautiful souls, I am here again to try and establish a common ground with you, a foundation to build up our dreams together, taking pride in knowing and embracing our own roots, while knowing that we have our very own unique talents that transcend our heritage. Any challenges that come our way, as hard as they may be, are all part of our learning and growing process. Through good times and bad times, we must remember to make peace with our experience, and to fall in love with the plethora of possibilities that are yet to come alive. Forgive yourself when you get "stuck" and open your heart and mind to experiencing new thoughts, new feelings, new colors, new forms of love and light, new inspirations, new love infused actions. We honor our roots and our ancestors, and at the same time we are becoming aware that our genetic code carries much more information than our biological family history, it can be activated in ways we are merely beginning to understand, and it can be expanded to alter the very fabric of our existence, regardless of past traumas and inherited "limitations". No matter what the circumstances are, we can always break our old paradigms and grow through new streams of consciousness to replace useless or harmful programs with a new generation of sacred Self generated alchemy programs. This is the magic we are tapping into, this is where I want to keep going deep. So let's check back on your foundation. I want to invite you today to consider how your personal foundation relates to universally fundamental values. The number 4 is a number of growth, balance, perfection. I don't mean to get too much into all the meanings because I am far from being an expert in numerology or sacred geometry (you can look into it yourself if you have never done it before), but to me 4 is a number that connects our mind-body-spirit with the physical world of structure and organization. Four symbolizes the safety and security of home, the need for stability and strength on a solid foundation of values. If you haven't registered what your four fundamental values are, or you think that you don't really have such 4 values, search deeper in your heart to acknowledge the main basic principles you are giving the most importance to in your life at the moment, the most sacred ideals or standards you can think of. Name them. Count them. Name your 4. You can always adjust them at any given point to better suit your state of consciousness, but there must be four values in your life that give you a sense of perfect balance, that you may very well apply for yourself, or for "all your relationships". I go by the PLUR values ever since I first saw them on a post online many years ago. Peace Love Unity Respect. When I read about PLUR it immediately clicked in on me. I already used to preach about peace and love all over the place, so when I saw the added values on the PLUR signature slogan, I embraced it for ever on, I couldn't have found a better way to adapt the principle of 4 universal values in a shell. I loved it then, over 20 years ago, and I love it now. I practice my own understanding of the universal principle of 4 by doing what I call the PLUR Method, which consisists of meditating on the correlation of different sets of 4 universal fundamental values in relation to my own 4 pillars. I chose the PLUR values (Peace Love Unity Respect) as my basic set of 4 because I relate to them very deeply, and find them easy to share and reach out with, easy to explain, easy to resonate. So what I do is I try to pair up other sets of 4 values to the values of PLUR to feel and see if and how they relate. I can then learn how universal values relate to each other and in the end they all make sense. So for example: PLUR Peace Love Unity Respect 4 immesurables Compassion Love Joy Equanimity 4 Cosmic Keys Intention Path Life Truth 4 Rusk's values Understanding Caring Fairness Respect 4 elements Fire Earth Water Air 4 directions South North West East 4 aspects of life Heart Body Mind Soul 4 Plato's cardinal Wisdom Courage Moderation Justice 4 moral virtues Temperance Fortitude Prudence Justice Now, your understanding of the correlation between these and/or any other 4 fundamental values may be quite different than mine, just as your perception can differ from one moment to another and change your entire vision. It doesn't matter that our diagrams don't look the same, the way you relate to each of these values, and the way you understand how universal values relate to each other will always be subjective. And there is no right or wrong way of doing this, you can switch the order, change your mind, try different combinations to see which one makes more sense to you, decide on how some of them don't make sense to you at all, refine your own set of values, and so on... The main focus of this meditation is to dive deep into YOUR current four pillars, and how they relate to universal principles that are deeply embedded in each and every one of us. So ask yourself what are your 4 main values right now? And which other 4 fundamental values can you relate them to? Could they be paralleled to the PLUR values as well? Make your own diagrams. they will help you discern and integrate your core values, which directly influences your course of action and your perception of reality.
So again, this may seem to be getting a bit technical, but it is only so that we can all be on the same page and catch the same flow. Just don't tell me you don't have time or you haven't had the time... Remember I am putting myself out here because I want to be a mirror, a case study, a very particular one full of wonder just like yourself.
